Scuplture, 2015

Questions for the Public was a project made in response to the difficulties encountered making another work, How to Explain History To.  The  sculpture uses the forms of pendants, banners, and standards in order to ask how we can converse in public, in silence, about the past. These objects, waiting to be carried in ritual gatherings, in parades, or in protest, present six questions for discussion.

Preguntas para el público, 2015, sculpture made with acrylic paint on cotton, wood supports, dimensions variable.
